Terms of Service:
- You are agreeing to our terms of service when you make your reservation.
- We reserve the right to tow any trucks and/or trailers who have either not paid to park in this lot, or who have been asked to leave after their stay is complete, at the owners expense.
- There is to be no unloading of any cargo from the trailers on site.
- No oversized trucks are allowed to park on our property due to the size of our parking spaces.
- The truck owner is responsible for any damage caused on the lot.
- The truck owner is responsible for the complete cleanup of any leaks, etc. from his/her truck.
- We have the right to refuse service.
Refund Policy:
At Truckbase, we realize that travel plans can change in an instant and we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel a reservation, please use the cancellation link on your receipt up to 12 hours before the start time of your reservation and you will be issued a full refund. The terms in our refund policy are subject to change.
Refund Policy:
Although we have taken steps to make our property more secure and safe, we are not responsible for personal injury, stolen property, vandalism, or any damage done to your property while you are on our site. The truck/trailer owner is responsible for his/her property while using our services, and is responsible for any damage that the vehicle owner does to another’s’ property while on our site.
